Due to the nature of precious metals and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on gold and silver jewelry once the product has been delivered, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
🔸 Defective Product:
If there is a manufacturing defect, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
We will inspect the product and offer either a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
🔸 Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the product is shipped, cancellation or return is not possible.
